Every time I’m on Vashi Bridge (Mumbai → Navi Mumbai side), I see this building on the NM side with a bright yellow outline. There are two tall structures, and in the center there’s a moving/flowing trail of light that follows a pattern. It’s super visible at night and looks like some animated LED façade lighting.
