Small Carpet Area/Compact Layouts

A recurring concern is the perceived smallness of the apartment sizes, particularly for 2BHK units, relative to their price. Living rooms and bedrooms are often described as compact, leading to a feeling of limited utility space.

AM

Absolutely thrash for the carpet area that they are offering.

BR
Bhavna R.

bedrooms are small, especially master bedroom. I think the total built up area of this flat itself would be less then. Its a ultra compact kind of 2 BHK.

High Pricing/Value for Money Concerns

Many perceive the property prices as exorbitant or on the higher side, questioning whether the area and the offerings justify the premium. There's a sentiment that better value for money might be found elsewhere or that significant negotiation is required.

My review would be sell it as fast as you can (even with some losses) and buy in some other areas (Bhandup is not even prime area of Mumbai)

The rates are on the higher side but.

MS

Absolutely thrash for the carpet area that they are offering. for about 1.5cr , you will end up getting some great appartments in Navi Mumbai. That too a 1000 sqft 2bhk.

Response to hard water issues:

"We have initiated the setup of a centralized soft-water plant which is expected to be operational by Q2 2026. This will significantly reduce TDS levels across all towers."
