I don’t find anything fancy in living in these high rises. I hate that we don’t care about loosing our green cover day by day. The audacity of Piramal by selling the flats in the name of Rani baug and not giving a damn about the sensitive ecosystem it once was!

Piramal continued to demand payment over the 10% cut off as per MahaRera rules and we continued to pay which amounted to over 38% before registration after which all payments were completed on time but now Piramal come out with a Possession Demand Letter which has some accumulated interest in from year 2019 for delay in payment and are refusing to hand over the property unless this is paid.

This is on the eastern part bruv. The west is considered more elite. Byculla I guess. This place is close to dongri, mazgaon and other areas where dawood was from.
