A significant number of complaints revolve around difficulties in obtaining refunds after booking cancellations. Customers report that booking amounts and even initial installments are forfeited, or only partial refunds are provided, with a lack of transparency regarding the withheld funds. This has caused financial distress for some, especially during personal hardships.
My Rs.50,000 is being withheld. Where will that payment go? Whose will it be?
The project has forfeited my booking amount and 1st installment, and sold the same flat to another person.
Please release the remaining payment. Don't exploit the poor's money like this. People save money with great difficulty.

Scam in shop/cheating with retail clients. Clients are not given preference even after EOI booking numbers are 4 & 5 and shops are available with extra price. No transparency at all in allotment and no confirmation.

Your service engineer told that the signal of air fibre comes till 7th floor only, not up to the 16th floor. Please upgrade your 5G tower ASAP.
