Where residents want improvements
Despite Hiranandani Meadows being slightly better than Hiranandani Estate, the area, particularly around key junctions and Ghodbunder Road, experiences severe daily traffic jams, especially during peak hours and weekends, leading to frustrating commutes.
It's far from the station or IT hub in Navi Mumbai. So you end up spending more time travelling if you have to.
Apart from expensive grocery places, no proper restaurants, the only way in & out of that place is highway through Majiwada, single route of bus which is to Thane station Cidco side with limited frequency of buses.
If you work from home then Hiranandani Estate can work else it's too far away from Mumbai and in peak hours Ghodbunder Road will eat you alive. You can consider Meadows one if you frequent to Mumbai and want to cut on spending time in traffic.

Does anybody know the story behind the abandoned buildings behind Meadows?
I have heard that they are more than 30 years old. It was being built by 2 people, but later on they had a fallout & they dragged each other to court where the case is still going on. Hence its abandoned & people who invested in those buildings lost their money.
The abandoned buildings were rumoured to be a terrorist hiding space. So they demolished the stairs in the building I’ve heard.
