Where residents want improvements

This is attributed to a single-lane service road serving a large number of flats, compounded by nearby attractions. The surrounding roads are described as narrow, uneven, pothole-ridden, and lacking proper lighting and footpaths, leading to frequent accidents and inconvenience for commuters and delivery services.
Go to that place at 8 30 am in the morning and try exiting from the gate. You will take good 20 minutes because of traffic inside the township.
the single service road which is the only accessibility for the society is so clogged that it takes around 45 minutes to reach Majiwada itself. On which it is worse because of The Grand Central Park and iskon Temple.

The traffic is terrible, and this is coming from someone who travels to and from Thane station almost every day. Just yesterday, there was so much traffic around 8-8:30PM near the Lodha Amara back gate. Because of Grand Central Park, the situation has worsened significantly.

No autos no buses you have to walk almost a kilometre to get a shared auto.
No grocery shops, only options remain of apps adding up to expenses.
Grocery shopping is a big issue in dosti west. Only two shops outside OAK towers and they only have limited items. Always need to order from swiggy zepto basic items like milk.

TMT bus 97 never on time always late. I'm waiting at Dosti West County bus stop done 20 mins still bus not arrived. No traffic also at this time. Also pls increase frequency to every 30 min. Its too inconvenient for us.

Paramount is close to Samshan bhumi and FireStation.... noise and air pollution (also a sorry site to see daily) as well as overall road noise is higher compared to inner loacations like Runwal or Piramal. Not to mention the Petrol Pump next door is a hazard to have nearby.

I saw the project 2 yrs back. Instantly rejected exactly because of this .it's called clusterfuck! 100 blgds is a joke. You start suffering the moment a project goes beyond 7-8 towers.
there are going to be a lot more than 3000 flats in Dosti Balkum. What you see is only a scratch on the surface. They have a 105 acre land parcel. In a decade, there may be 10000 or more flats in Dosti alone.
Kolshet and Balkum are heading for problems as too many high-rises are being built, but the roads remain the same size.

Construction at Dosti west county Balkum with heavy sound work happens daily 24 x 7 till 6-7am in morning. Not sure under what law or levels this is permissible by Govt knowing residents already staying in the complex

Check on land litigation. Recent case: One buyer purchased an apartment in Dosti pine tower. SBI disbursed the loan amount to the buyer in the Under Construction stage. Possession Received. The buyer wants to sell flat now. Resale buyer goes to SBI for home loan. SBI rejects the case stating that land has litigation issues and loan can't be processed as there are legal technical issues.

Prospective tenants have encountered unusual rental agreement criteria, where the agreement can only be registered under the name of an existing resident. This practice is problematic as it can create difficulties for obtaining address proof and retrieving security deposits, making it an unreliable and risky option for renters.
The society's agreement criteria doesn't matter. I wouldn't get into such a rental agreement. What proof will you give if you need an address proof, or if you need to take your deposit back. Don't increase your life's problems.
the rental agreement can only under one name which is the person already living there. I called broker and owner too and they said the same too and even said it's society rules.
