National Builder projects are considered luxury in other metros, not in Hyderabad. Godrej and Prestige in Kokapet, they are neither luxury nor affordable. Their end products are mediocre compared to Local builders.
Now Beverly hills has become a brand more than a property. Sure it's good but... In same price you can go with better options.

A huge balcony is just a distraction to hide how small the actual flat is. That’s why the real usable carpet area inside matters way more.
Beverly has a lot of space in the balcony and hence the rooms are a bit smaller.
