Nivee has spent quite a good amount on the villa and the club house, location is great. Don't think other builder will spend 2L on a showerhead, talks a lot about quality.

HYDRAA/FTL issues are there. Not fully. The back portion. Irrigation Officer told me personally last year. There’s a reason why the lake map isn’t uploaded on lakes.HMDA.

Almost never, they tend pull it as close to the final date as possible.
So now they are saying March 2028. I had enquired about Nest villas last year and at that time they were saying that it should be completed by Dec 2025.
