U visited last month and there were very few units left from the builder. When we checked outside market the rates are quoted above 4cr. Last week when u checked again only one of the series flat are left.

This is the Road Over Bridge near MY HOME RAKA, CHANDANAGAR. LIFT, ESCALATOR AND BRIDGE NEGLECTED FOR MORE THAN A YEAR. NO ONE TO LOOK AT IT.
