Poor Road Conditions and Water Blockage

Residents have frequently complained about the extremely poor condition of roads leading to and around the project, describing them as worse than rural roads with significant craters. There are also recurring issues with water blockage on these roads, particularly near the project's office, which impedes pedestrian movement and overall accessibility.

"We have initiated the setup of a centralized soft-water plant which is expected to be operational by Q2 2026. This will significantly reduce TDS levels across all towers."
