I am more bullish on an adjacent project cybercity westbrook. Shares the same location advantages as Apas and have smaller configurations as well which will drive huge demand after 5 years. Very competitive pricing as well v/s rigid my home group pricing.

If I buy in that area (kokapet), I don't want them to give me quickly.. because I have a place to live already.. that area will see unprecedented growth. If you have other investments, its a nice buy. You might get equity on it
