The area is also expected to benefit from a proposed metro station nearby.
Location wise, I think Westbrook is better than both , and also in the proposed metro till neopolis , there is a metro station nearby westbrook which makes me think that price will appreciate better.

has really good open space, apparently they had to leave some additional area for set back cause of lake, so has more open area by ratio than other projects.

I am more bullish on an adjacent project cybercity westbrook. Shares the same location advantages as Apas and have smaller configurations as well which will drive huge demand after 5 years. Very competitive pricing as well v/s rigid my home group pricing.

Recent observations indicate significant construction progress, with the project reaching its final floors. Specifically, Tower 1 is 90% complete on the 33rd floor, Tower 2 is 85% complete on the 32nd floor, and Tower 3 is 60% complete on the 23rd floor. Painting has commenced on one tower, and two towers are expected to be handed over for woodwork by March/April 2026.
Cybercity Westbrook at Kokapet exit seems to have reached its final floor. Hopefully they will hand it over in an year or so.

Be very careful of projects near lake because of hydra, i heard some of the project area might be very near to lake buffer zone

For me 1950 , north facing is preferable but no inventory there.
