One tower of the project has been specifically mentioned as being under scrutiny by the HYDRAA agency. There are suspicions that multiple projects by the builder, including Oriana, are located near lakes, raising questions about their legality and environmental impact. While the builder claims a specific tower was wrongly identified and that a park is being shifted due to encroachment, this still acknowledges issues related to FTL zones.

Checked with Cybercity Builders on Oriana Project Tower as stated. They said the Tower in FTL is wrongly stated in violation report and it's actually a park which is getting shifted because of the Encroachment that they will build it themselves for Govt.
Most of Cybercity's projects are near Lakes. Marina skies, Oriana, WestBrook and now Trevita. There is definitely something fishy

Cybercity is the next adjacent site which is completing Oriana Project and planning to give possessions by March 2026. Any insights how the construction quality is and or any recent bitter experiences because I have seen some negative feedback in Google reviews about Cybercity Marina Skies Project which they handed it over to Customers by delaying upto 1.5 years.
I feel it will take at least one mre year to get comoleted, they might give flat to live soon but none of the amenities are currently ready. Club house is hardly started.

Is Cybercity one of the A grade builders here? I am only aware of Prestige, My Home, Sobha, Aparna, Brigade, etc.
