12600 per sq ft itself is a big red flag..
Most of the above properties are around 3cr mark which is beyond my budget. 2cr is comfortable price though.
real estate flaws are being exposed... they are framing those flaws and selling them at even higher rates as prestigious luxury projects.

I stay in Kohinoor never have heard of any train sound.
Never near a railway line ...that Mumbai- Secunderabad mainline ..that itself is a con for me .
Indian Locomotives produce a loud sound ...both tracks n coaches ... I would avoid paying 12k for that noise .
