Where residents want improvements
A major recurring complaint is the extremely poor condition of the roads leading to the project. These roads are described as being filled with craters, resembling a "moon's surface" or "driving on MARS." Issues include haphazard parking, encroachment by street vendors, and persistent blockages, making access a "disgrace" and a "nightmare" for residents, despite the project's luxury status.
Unfortunately the apartment is only good to look at like this. The area is not very nice.
Road is filled by craters,haphazard parking on both sides of roads,half road taken away by street vendors. It's like driving on MARS on ths road.
Very average neighbourhood and you have to hike a hill to get any supplies meaning you are not stepping out without a vehicle.
the approach road is a complete disgrace. For a project of this scale, the access feels more like an afterthought than planning. Luxury shouldn't end at the gate.

Tata Promont sits on a land grabbed hill..legal papers were created..it was investigated well by DH a few years ago..but nothing happens after that..none of the political parties act on it

Despite being marketed as a premium and luxury society, residents have noted a surprising lack of service from common delivery platforms (e.g., BB Daily). Furthermore, the project is perceived as overly exclusive, with strict entry protocols that reportedly only grant easy access to luxury vehicles or invited guests, creating a barrier for regular services or visitors.
If you don’t go in Benz or above they won’t even allow you inside the complex unless you’re Uber/Taxi or invited guest.

Tata Realty Ltd Bangalore have not followed Karnataka Apartments Ownership Act 1972 and have delayed compliance for 7 years for a project named The Promont. They have jeopardized our UDS by not complying with it.

I have to run from room to room to catch the signal. Despite the fact that Airtel has installed multiple boosters in all four towers. Too windy. Could that be the problem?
