Value for Money & Competitive Pricing

The SBR Magnus project is perceived as offering a good deal and value for money, with specifications that are competitive when compared to other builders in the area who often quote significantly higher prices for similar offerings. The project has also featured pre-launch offers, making it an attractive option for potential buyers.

I recently booked a 3bhk in SBR MAGNUS. i found it a very good deal and the builder is offering a value for money specifications. I think it's a good property by seeing much higher prices for the same specifications by other builders.

They are ok midsize builders. Have cousins in SBR horizon and also have seen some friends buy the new on on Old Madras road. I have not heard any complaints so far

Concerns about Builder Reputation, Quality, and Delays

There are significant and recurring concerns regarding SBR Builders' reputation, with multiple accounts describing them as commercially focused and not highly reputed. Reports suggest average to bad construction quality and materials in their previous projects. There are also specific warnings about potential project delays and a general lack of trust in their delivery timelines and overall quality.

Sbr is infamous for bad quality construction and materials. Check out reviews of their old projects, though keep removing bad reviews.

SBR is bad. You can check other projects like SBR Keerthi. They will delay. Even the current Minara project also lagging behind. Never trust them. They are rolling your money and putting into some other projects. I don't expect high quality materials or construction from them.

Is SBR a reputed builder?

MK
Mayank K.

SBR is not a reputed builder. Price might be similar to that of what others are quoting in the area - but quality might not be too great.

reviews from its previous properties are not very good.

Live in SBR Horizon… Commercially focused builder… Build Quality is average at best

Severe Traffic Congestion in the Locality

The Whitefield area, particularly around the Kadugodi flyover and Hopefarm signal, is known for severe and worsening traffic congestion. The cumulative effect of numerous large apartment complexes in the vicinity, including other SBR projects, contributes to prolonged traffic jams during both peak and off-peak hours, making daily commuting a significant challenge.

High Project Density

There is an observation that the SBR Magnus project, or SBR properties in general, might be characterized by a high density of residential units. This could potentially lead to overcrowding within the complex and impact the overall living experience.

Builder's Perspective

Response to hard water issues:

"We have initiated the setup of a centralized soft-water plant which is expected to be operational by Q2 2026. This will significantly reduce TDS levels across all towers."
