There are instances where booking amounts were taken for 'ready-to-move' units, only for the developer to later ask for cancellation without refunding the money. The developer has been accused of reselling flats and hiding critical information from buyers, leading to police complaints and accusations of large-scale cheating.
Mantri approached me in 2018 to shift my flat booking in a neighboring tower... as the tower K where I had initially booked the flat was 'decommissioned' due to lack of funds.

It’s most likely a scam. A new scam they are running where they give you very lucrative offer. Then take some booking amount and wait till they sell your house to someone else. You may or may not get paid back.

It's simple, I go by reputation. They don't have it. Mantri family has created immense troubles for many families, I wouldn't be on same table as them. Rest be assured they won't think twice before creating troubles for you too.

When asked Mantri about applying for Occupancy certificate, Mantri had refused to answer any questions of Homebuyers.
Avoid!! No OC means it's illegal to reside there. Does it have a domestic electricity meter and a bwssb/local water connection (doubtful) for the flat? No OC means you are not paying any property tax either. Bbmp can issue a legal notice for illegal / unauthorised stay anytime I guess.

Additionally, traffic congestion and chaos caused by nearby hotels, particularly during peak times like New Year's Eve, create painful delays for motorists in the vicinity of the project. Internal society issues like rash driving and honking by school bus drivers also contribute to noise.
You may bring someone to mantri Webcity 10+ floor parcel 1 and notice. Even our inhouse TV are not that loud 🔊. Nobody is willing to buy land 🏡 apartment here bcz of them. Arena hall and sherlocks pub. Main culprits.
