What residents appreciate the most
Casagrand Regal is marketed as being in a premium location near Nagavara Junction, offering good accessibility. While one marketing post also mentions HSR Layout, the primary location cited is Nagavara. Other projects by the builder are noted to be in decent, affordable areas with potential for price appreciation due to infrastructure development like the metro.
Location is decent between EC and Bellandur. Finally everything will depend on how well Casagrand executes it.
Pricing in that area is still affordable compared to most parts of Bengaluru.

In one instance, a customer reported that their refund was processed without significant issues, although it took a few weeks. This suggests that while many complain about refunds, some positive experiences exist.
when I had to cancel, Casagrand processed my refund without much hassle — it did take a few weeks, but I eventually got it.

Where residents want improvements
The builder has garnered a widespread negative reputation, with many advising potential buyers to 'stay away.' They are frequently described as unethical, fraudulent, and 'scammy,' with a business model focused on aggressive sales rather than quality or customer satisfaction. This has led to a significant trust deficit among the public and industry peers, with some even suggesting the company might be on the verge of bankruptcy due to stalled projects and financial mismanagement.
Casagrand is a felon. Stay away from it.
Stay away from casagrand. I booked one of their project in Bangalore. They don't respond, lot of issues and very unethical.
Please for the sake of you and your family's sanity, DO NOT buy anything from Casagrand. They are a fraudulent company.
They are not at all trustworthy and still people fall for their flashy marketing.
Casagrand would be tier 3 or below.
Stay away from Casagrand. Their quality is shit.
Casagrand in particular feels very much like Byju's business model. Lots of unearned money, crazy ads(movie stars in ads from all over India!) and "all sales no quality" model. It is doomed to go down!

The builder has a consistent track record of severe project delays, often extending by years beyond the promised handover dates. Some projects have seen minimal construction progress even months after launch, while others have been left 80% completed and stalled. This leads to buyers struggling with EMIs for properties that are far from completion, and the builder frequently seeks RERA extensions, making compensation for delays unlikely.
They've left several projects like Casagrand Aquene with 80% completed structures and stopped construction. The guards say that the company is on the verge of bankruptcy to any prospective or current buyers when asked about the lack of a CRM team at the property.
There's barely any construction work. Only model flats and their office seem larger-than-life.
Handover will be done don't after 3-4 years. So many people are struggling with their EMIs.
Does not meet delivery timelines
I had booked a Flat in April 2023 and the hand over they said it is around October 2025, but only 10% of the construction has been made so far till date. Looks like the hand over would be in June 2027.
Almost all of their projects have been stalled and delivered after the possession date.
The common complaint is delays, hidden pricing, terrible CRM team, lack of transparency and trust.

The builder faces numerous legal challenges, including allegations of building on disputed land (e.g., army land in Chennai) and selling flats without proper registration or title deeds. There are instances of Occupancy Certificates (OC) being revoked due to major plan violations, such as fire safety non-compliance and encroachment on setback areas. Buyers have been left in legal battles, with banks and government bodies reportedly disclaiming responsibility.
All their projects are on disputed lands. One project on Kanakapura road openly displays they are not responsible for future legal fights., it's buyers responsibility to fight it.
One or two projects OC was revoked after delivery.
They literally built ina land that helps to Indian army and till now no registration documents given to any of the owners. It's been 3 years and still the case is in the court.
the builder failed to comply with fire safety regulations, particularly concerning setback areas. Consequently, the government revoked the OC.
Does not build as per plan. So issues with OC
Recent Casagrand scam came into light. Never go with them. In chennai they sold several flats which is not even registered.

Customers frequently report a lack of transparency in pricing, with many hidden charges being added after initial quotes. The sales team is accused of providing inaccurate information, and the actual agreement terms are often unfavorable compared to what was verbally promised. There are instances of partial legal documents being provided, followed by demands for further payments and unjust fines, with the builder dodging requests for full documentation.
The common complaint is delays, hidden pricing, terrible CRM team, lack of transparency and trust.
I booked one but they added a lot of hidden charges. Cancelled my booking. Never again with this builder
Sales people will say one thing, actual agreement will be very much unfavourable terms than what they said.
they quote for less and all additional taxes in a different way which looks like tax fraud.
Not transparent about pricing. Hidden charges.

Numerous reports indicate a significant concern regarding the construction quality across various projects by the builder. Issues cited include weak walls that cannot support fixtures like AC units, visible cracks appearing within a couple of years, and general poor workmanship. This has led to dissatisfaction among residents and concerns about the long-term durability of the structures.
Construction is shit, delayed handover, numerous problems after handover and the list goes on.
Stay away from Casagrand. Their quality is shit.
the wall is not supporting AC outdoor unit, a lot of cracks in just two years, the interior team complained about the wall being very weak, a nail just goes in and does not support any weight.
exceptionally poor quality structures

The builder's CRM team is widely criticized for being unresponsive, unethical, and difficult to deal with. Customers report that calls and emails are often ignored, especially when seeking updates on construction progress, revised handover dates, or legal documents. This lack of communication and support leaves buyers feeling frustrated and struggling to get their concerns addressed.
The common complaint is delays, hidden pricing, terrible CRM team, lack of transparency and trust.
pathetic CRM, legal issues, and unfulfilled promises.
CRM team is unresponsive.
They don't respond, lot of issues and very unethical.
They haven't coughed up the railway NOC yet, but I've put in a request with the CRM and sales teams for that document. Funny thing is, just like the online reviews warned, they're dodging our calls and emails.

The builder is known for flashy and aggressive marketing campaigns, often featuring celebrities. However, this marketing is perceived as misleading, with a focus on sales rather than actual project quality or timely delivery. There are allegations of widespread fake positive reviews on online platforms, created by sales personnel to artificially inflate ratings and deceive potential buyers.
A lot of fake reviews about their project in Google map. If you notice the same user would have rated multiple Casagrand properties.
The only good thing about the project that could be delivered on time is Hrithik and kareenas pictures on the brochure
Just don’t watch Ads, do read the reviews on google

Some projects by the builder have faced criticism for poor site selection, leading to environmental and infrastructure problems. Examples include projects built on marshlands prone to flooding during rains, and locations with narrow approach roads that cause severe traffic congestion. Other issues include proximity to compost plants resulting in foul smells and increased mosquito populations.
There's no road, you'll get stuck there. It smells awful most of the year, due to the compost plant. Mosquitoes prone area.
CG has loads built on marshlands and they flood during the rains.
The approach roads to that property are very narrow. During peak hours you can get stuck for hours with traffic trying to bypass Silk Board and trying to enter Hosur through HSR side.

Buyers who cancel bookings or face significant project delays report extreme difficulty in obtaining refunds or compensation. It is commonly stated that the builder either takes an excessively long time to process refunds or outright refuses, often leveraging RERA extensions to avoid paying compensation. The regulatory body, RERA, is perceived as 'toothless' in enforcing buyer rights in such cases.
How long did they take to return you the booking amount? I have heard they never return the amount or take lot of time.
No way you'll be able to get the compensation from a builder unless they can't complete before the RERA deadline. More over they will extend the deadline by applying to RERA.
Highly unlikely. I had bought a CG flat in sholinganalur and they delayed it by almost 1.5 yrs and always got extn from rera by providing some or other excuse.

Despite some claims of affordability, many find the builder's projects to be overpriced, especially considering the reported quality issues and delays. For example, a 2BHK in Electronic City was deemed overpriced at 1.02 Cr, with suggestions that it should be closer to 80-85 lakhs. The value proposition is questioned, as the premium paid is often not justified by the construction quality or overall experience.
Overpriced. For electronic City location max 80-85 Lakhs for 2BhK (including everything)
price is high considering the builder and location.
Construction is shit, delayed handover, numerous problems after handover and the list goes on. Not worth the premium you pay.
