High and Questionable Move-in/Move-out Charges

The society imposes substantial one-time, non-refundable charges for both moving into and out of the premises, often amounting to several thousand rupees. These fees are widely regarded by residents as excessive, exploitative, and a 'legal bribe' to the management, with a lack of transparency regarding their actual purpose or utilization.

The society also has a move in charge of 5900/- n same while moving out. Paise ped mai ugte hai kya? 11800/- ka legal bribe to society, The management is corrupt.

PV
Purnima V.

That's a charge to allow the porter and other trucks to enter the gate and use society roads and lift while shifting, It's again on the higher side as association will eat that money up.

SM
Sandeep M.

It's 5900 every move in, check in formalities are required in office for every moving in tenant, they charge you 5900 there with those formalities now for all move ins.

Excessive and Arbitrary Rules

The residential complex is characterized by numerous and often stringent rules, which some residents find bureaucratic, arbitrary, or even a form of 'moral policing.' These regulations include restrictions on food delivery after 11 pm, prohibitions on unmarried couples living together, discouragement of late-night partying, and more rigorous rules for bachelor tenants regarding visitors and vehicle parking.

No food delivery inside main gate after 11 pm... "Unmarried couples" can't officially live together, because moral policing - Late night "partying" is frowned upon.

Perceived Entitled Management and Bias

The management, often composed of retired armed forces personnel, is frequently perceived as entitled, always correct, and exhibiting a clear bias against tenants and 'civilians.' This bias is evident in practices such as conducting 'interviews' for prospective tenants and implementing differential treatment compared to property owners.

Perceived Disparity in Rental Market for Genders

There is a perception among some individuals that male tenants face greater difficulties, higher rents, and more stringent conditions when seeking accommodation in gated communities like this, compared to female tenants who appear to find more affordable and desirable options. This disparity is often attributed to owners' preconceived notions about male tenants.
